Do I need to give you my wheel?

Yes. We rebuild your original wheel, so everything fits and plugs in exactly like stock. Drop it off, or message us if you need help finding a spare so you can keep driving.

Can I get my deposit back?

In full if you cancel within hours, or any time before we've ordered materials or started work. After that it's non-refundable because the work is custom. If we can't do your wheel, you get all of it back.

Is it safe to pay here?

You pay on Stripe's own checkout page. Your card details never touch this website, and you get an emailed receipt straight away.

Will my airbag, buttons and paddles still work?

Yes. We rebuild everything you see and touch: rim, spokes, trim and the centre cover. We never open or alter the airbag itself, its inflator or its wiring, and a re-trimmed cover always keeps its factory tear seam clear. Have a qualified mechanic remove and refit the wheel and airbag.

Will it fit my car?

Most wheels with a metal frame can be rebuilt. Tell us your year, make and model and we confirm before any work starts. If it can't be done, your deposit is refunded.

What's the warranty?

Version . Please read this before paying your deposit. By ticking the box at checkout and typing your name, you sign this agreement electronically with ("we", "us").

1. What you are ordering

A custom rebuild of a steering wheel to the specification in your order reference. It is made to order for you and cannot be resold by us as new stock.

2. Your promise to pay

The total price is . You pay a deposit now. You agree to pay the remaining in cash, in full, when the finished wheel is handed over or delivered. The wheel remains our property until the full price is paid. Once materials are ordered or work has started, the deposit is non-refundable except as stated in our deposit policy. If you do not accept or collect a finished wheel within 30 days of being told it is ready, you remain responsible for the balance, and we may keep the deposit, sell the wheel to recover our costs, and charge reasonable storage. A wheel you supplied is returned once the work completed has been paid for.

3. A steering wheel is a safety component

You understand that you are asking us to modify a safety-critical part of your vehicle, and that an aftermarket modification may differ from the manufacturer's original design. Changes to rim shape, thickness, materials or centre-cover trim can change how the wheel feels and performs, and may affect your vehicle warranty, your insurance, and whether the vehicle meets inspection or road rules where you live. It is your responsibility to check these and to tell your insurer about the modification.

4. Airbag and installation

We never open, test, repair or modify airbag inflators, wiring, connectors, clock springs or sensors. Removal and refitting of the wheel and airbag must be done by a qualified technician following the vehicle manufacturer's procedure, including disconnecting the battery and torquing the wheel correctly. We do not install wheels and are not responsible for any installation, by you or anyone else. Do not drive the vehicle if an airbag or steering warning appears after fitting; have it checked immediately.

5. Assumption of risk

You choose to have this work done and you accept the risks that come with modifying and using a customised steering wheel, including risks arising from installation, use, misuse, wear, accidents, and the deployment or non-deployment of any airbag.

6. Release

To the fullest extent the law allows, you release , its owners, workers and helpers from all claims, losses and damages, including property damage, personal injury and death, that arise from the installation, use, misuse, alteration, resale or failure of the wheel, or of any vehicle system connected to it, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or intentional fault.

7. You will cover claims made by others

If someone else (a passenger, another driver, a later owner of the vehicle, an insurer) makes a claim against us because of how the wheel was installed, used, altered or resold by you, you agree to defend us and to reimburse our losses and reasonable legal costs, to the extent the law allows.

8. Limit of liability

If we are found responsible for anything despite this agreement, our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid us for this order. We are never liable for indirect losses such as vehicle downtime, rental cars, towing, lost income or loss of enjoyment.

9. Warranty

Our only warranty is the -month workmanship warranty described in our terms (stitching, lifting, delamination). To the extent the law allows, all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded. Normal wear, Alcantara matting, damage from cleaners, heat, sun, jewellery, accidents or work by others is not covered.

10. Inspection and acceptance

You will inspect the wheel at handover. Paying the balance and taking the wheel means you accept it as matching your order and free of visible defects. You may be asked to sign a short handover receipt confirming this.

11. What you confirm to us

You are at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live). You own the wheel and vehicle or have the owner's permission. The vehicle details you gave are accurate, and you have told us about any damage, airbag deployment or prior repair affecting the wheel. If you sell or give away the wheel or vehicle, you will tell the new owner that the wheel has been modified.

12. Payments and scams

Card payments are taken only on Stripe's checkout page. We never ask for the balance online, by e-transfer, gift card or crypto. If anyone asks you for that in our name, do not pay and contact us.

13. Electronic signature and records

Ticking the acceptance box and typing your name is your signature and has the same effect as signing on paper. We keep a record of the version you accepted, the date and time, and your order reference.

14. The fine print that keeps this fair

Nothing in this agreement removes rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot legally be waived. If any part of this agreement is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. This agreement is governed by the laws of , and it applies together with our terms of service, deposit policy and privacy policy.

3. Un volant est une pièce de sécurité

Vous comprenez que vous nous demandez de modifier une pièce critique pour la sécurité de votre véhicule, et qu'une modification de rechange peut différer de la conception d'origine du constructeur. Les changements de forme, d'épaisseur, de matériaux ou de garniture du couvercle central peuvent modifier la sensation et le comportement du volant, et peuvent avoir une incidence sur la garantie du véhicule, votre assurance et la conformité du véhicule aux règles d'inspection ou de circulation de votre région. Il vous revient de le vérifier et d'aviser votre assureur de la modification.

4. Coussin gonflable et installation

Nous n'ouvrons, ne testons, ne réparons ni ne modifions jamais les générateurs de coussin gonflable, le câblage, les connecteurs, les contacteurs tournants ou les capteurs. La dépose et la repose du volant et du coussin doivent être faites par un technicien qualifié selon la procédure du constructeur, y compris le débranchement de la batterie et le serrage correct du volant. Nous n'installons pas les volants et ne sommes responsables d'aucune installation, faite par vous ou par quiconque. Ne conduisez pas le véhicule si un témoin de coussin gonflable ou de direction s'allume après la pose; faites-le vérifier immédiatement.

5. Acceptation des risques

8. Limite de responsabilité

Si notre responsabilité est retenue malgré cette entente, elle se limite au montant que vous nous avez réellement payé pour cette commande. Nous ne sommes jamais responsables des pertes indirectes, comme l'immobilisation du véhicule, la location d'auto, le remorquage, la perte de revenu ou de jouissance.

9. Garantie

Notre seule garantie est la garantie de mois sur la main-d'œuvre décrite dans nos conditions (couture, décollement, délaminage). Dans la mesure permise par la loi, toute autre garantie, y compris les garanties implicites de qualité marchande et d'adaptation à un usage particulier, est exclue. L'usure normale, le feutrage de l'Alcantara, les dommages causés par les nettoyants, la chaleur, le soleil, les bijoux, un accident ou le travail d'autrui ne sont pas couverts.

10. Inspection et acceptation

Vous inspecterez le volant à la remise. Payer le solde et prendre possession du volant signifie que vous l'acceptez comme conforme à votre commande et exempt de défauts apparents. Un court reçu de remise pourra vous être présenté pour signature.

11. Ce que vous nous confirmez

Vous avez au moins 18 ans (ou l'âge de la majorité chez vous). Vous êtes propriétaire du volant et du véhicule ou avez la permission du propriétaire. Les renseignements fournis sur le véhicule sont exacts, et vous nous avez signalé tout dommage, déploiement de coussin gonflable ou réparation antérieure touchant le volant. Si vous vendez ou donnez le volant ou le véhicule, vous aviserez le nouveau propriétaire que le volant a été modifié.

12. Paiements et fraude

Les paiements par carte se font uniquement sur la page de paiement de Stripe. Nous ne demandons jamais le solde en ligne, par virement, carte-cadeau ou cryptomonnaie. Si quelqu'un vous le demande en notre nom, ne payez pas et communiquez avec nous.

13. Signature électronique et dossiers

Cocher la case d'acceptation et inscrire votre nom constitue votre signature et a le même effet qu'une signature sur papier. Nous conservons la version acceptée, la date et l'heure, ainsi que votre référence de commande.

14. Ce qui garde l'entente équitable

Rien dans cette entente ne retire les droits que vous accorde la législation sur la protection du consommateur et auxquels il est légalement impossible de renoncer. Si une partie de l'entente est jugée inapplicable, le reste continue de s'appliquer. Last updated . These terms apply between you and when you order a custom steering wheel. Paying a deposit means you accept them.

1. Custom work

Each wheel is built to the specification in your order reference, plus any changes agreed in writing (Messenger or email counts). On-screen previews are illustrations. Real materials vary in grain, weave and colour.

2. Price and payment

The price is per wheel. A deposit is paid online through Stripe and the remaining is paid in cash on delivery. Extra costs, such as sourcing a wheel for you, are quoted and agreed before work starts. The wheel remains ours until paid in full.

3. Your wheel

You confirm you own the wheel you supply or have the owner's permission. Tell us about existing damage. If we find hidden damage such as a bent or cracked frame and can't continue, we return the wheel and refund your deposit.

4. Timing

Typical turnaround is from when we receive your wheel. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.

5. Delivery and inspection

You may inspect the wheel before paying the balance. If it doesn't match your order, we fix it free. If a finished wheel isn't accepted or collected within 30 days of notice, we may keep the deposit and sell the wheel to recover costs. A wheel you supplied is returned on payment for work completed.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for that build, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as vehicle downtime. Nothing here removes consumer rights that can't be waived by law.

9. Brands and photos

We are independent and not affiliated with any vehicle manufacturer. Names are used only to describe fitment. We may photograph finished wheels for listings, never showing personal details. Ask and we won't post yours.

10. General

Governed by the laws of . The version in place when you paid your deposit applies to your order.

Deposit and refunds

Privacy policy

What we collect: name, phone, email, city, Facebook name if given, vehicle, notes and your build choices.

Why: to confirm, build and deliver your wheel and contact you about it. We don't sell your information or use it for ads.

Payments: processed by Stripe under Stripe's privacy policy. We receive confirmation of payment, your email and order reference. We never receive your card number.

This site: no ad trackers or analytics cookies. Your build choices are saved in your browser so they're there when you return. Contact details are never stored in the browser.

Retention: order records are kept as long as needed for warranty and tax purposes, then deleted.
